Stunningly beautiful and quiet hotel, welcoming staff especially receptionist, everything was perfect. Beautifully maintained & exceptionally comfortable room with 2 queen bed, extra towels and bedroom. Plenty of great food for meals. Particularly good and easy setting, so close to the park in the right way, and the city center. Also, in stay or at restaurant.

The hotel was fairly clean with wonderful and absolutely perfect rooms and KIND staff. Location: the property was adjacent to the cafe and at least a supermarket / convenient store near by. Dined at The Blue Restaurant, it was just a short walk away from the venue.

The stay was absolutely memorable. The check in was smooth, the room was exceptionally good and perfect with an extra bed and bedroom and baby crib. The service was all in all nice. Its excellent, central location was a plus. The restaurant was nice, I ordered excellent dishes.

The total stay was very good of 3 nights. We got standard twin room and appreciated it. The bathroom was fairly clean, with a shower, hair dryers, and terrycloth bathrobes. The location was magnificent and easy, near the sea!

We had a nice time in this brand-new hotel in Al Khobar. The room was neat and that was excellent. Excellent service from the courteous staff that we interacted with. The breakfast was nice hot and extensive and with nice varieties.

Fine overall experience. Exceptional hotel, wonderful rooms, particularly good view in front of the sea with sea view. The breakfast was hot, the staff were very pleasant. Friendly service, good position near to all areas around. Based just next door to shops and restaurants, the corniche and the airport.

Relaxing room and reasonably spacious, exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent, warm breakfast with nice varieties. Good and easy location around the restaurant selling them in a really quiet area. Smooth check-in, parking onsite.

Excellent and easy location in a very quiet area just next door to long trip to alkhuber, coffee shop and restaurant and the center of al khobar. Perfect and neat rooms with good view, an extra bed for the third person and extra towels. The breakfast was extensive and the service was excellent.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff

The Breakfast was great with a wide variety of foods to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel had a good location with easy access to nearby attractions.

The floors in the room were dirty and the bathroom was unhygienic. the hotel was noisy with clacking and construction noise.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable, which was important to me as I struggle with insomnia. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom, overall the room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also polite and helpful throughout my stay. I can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

big, comfortable bed. Buffet style breakfast with a large selection and freshly squeezed juices. Quiet situation!

Air conditioning in the room was very loud and did not work properly. Was always somehow too hot or too cold. Room furnishing already older and the wallpaper detached itself from the walls in several areas.
